have a non-urgent question, please use the HIPAA-compliant secure
messaging. Please schedule a telephone appointment if you have new health
concerns or detailed concerns about your health or plan. Portal messages
will be answered in 1-2 business days. If you have urgent medical
questions, call us during business hours at 808-435-6262, or please see your
primary healthcare practitioner.

prospective patients*
1. Click
on "New Patient Registration"
2. After
registering, you can "Create Patient Portal Access."
3. In
the Patient Portal, start at the "Labs & Documents" section for
helpful handouts to get you started.
4. In
the "My appointments" section, you can schedule a free 15-minute
discovery call or a First Visit Appointment (a credit card is required to book
a First Visit, but we will only charge fees after the visit; you may also
choose to use a different form of payment at the visit).
5. Once
your First Visit Appointment is approved, your intake forms and consents will
be available in the "Questionnaires" tab. Please complete all the RED
highlighted forms before your appointment.
