Other obligations will take me out of the clinic in November. As possible, secure messaging will be checked periodically; otherwise messages will be returned upon reopening. The clinic will be closed November: 11 - 24th, 28-30th

Secure messages are for questions about your current plan and recent visits. Schedule an appontment for all other requests. Portal messages will be check in 2-3 business days (*except during clinic closures when messages will be returned when the clinic reopens). If you have urgent medical issues, please see your primary healthcare practitioner.

We are not accepting new patients. We understand that this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any incovenience this may cause.
